Cancellation Policy

For Live Life Well Counselling to provide you with the best and most accessible service there are fees for cancellations, missed appointment/non-attendance. 
Cancellation fees are charged as this session time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. These fees are your responsibility and become due immediately.

Late attendance over 15 minutes will result in a cancellation of session. Late arrival of under 15 minutes to appointments will result in a shortened appointment and full fee still incurred.
To avoid these fees, please provides us with at least 48 hours' notice cancellation otherwise 50% of the full fee will be charged. You will be charged the full cost of the session if you cancel or a non-attendance without notice in under 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellation fees are charged as this session time has been made available for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

As a courtesy we may send you an SMS reminder for your booked appointment. This may occur up to 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment. However, this is a courtesy service and not guaranteed or an exemption from fees if you do not receive an SMS. It remains your responsibility to attend the allocated session time even in the absence of an SMS reminder.
Live Life Well Counselling reserves the right to reschedule appointments at any time, without compensation, if it is deemed necessary due to staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

All sessions are to be paid in full prior to attendance, unless otherwise agreed.
